Friday 23rd still no actors Iesha said her brother could help but only after 3 but i said this was too late to film as it wouldn't give us the necessary time to film without being rushed. So after i contacting multiple people throughout the day my friend and their brother agreed to help.
Saturday 24th location one
This days was wet and windy at times and we went up to a location in Gravesend (originally meant to be London but majority didn't have the money to go) When i arrived and we were waiting for Iesha and the props me and my actors scouted out the best location for the shot. I did the begin shots of the shoot out before swapping and directing and encouraging the characters to keep upbeat in the cold weather conditions.
After having no location (Ieshas job) on Monday the 26th of November I went round to the Brent Boys Social Club that evening and asked to use their hall and to take recces of the location. The hall look quite western and suited our video theme well so i arranged with them to film in the hall on Saturday the 1st December at 11 o'clock.
On Friday night the drummer from our band dropped out at short notice due to a family issue Iesha did not inform me of this but one of the actors I had asked. When i tried to contact iesha i got no response so i looked for a replacement. I was unable to find someone at short notice for the next day so after a discussion with sir we decided we didn't need a drummer and that we would work with just a guitarist and singer.
Saturday 1st on location the band were a little late but once there they worked well me and one of the actors brought the props to use such as the poker pieces, guitar, hats and bottles to help make the scene look authentic. I filmed multiple pieces of the performance and narrative shots as well as helping to give the actors and band directions on what to do.
